INGREDIENTS Flour Sugar Salt Baking powder Buttermilk Unsalted butter Honey
Whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder, then cut in the cold butter until small pea sized pieces form.
Stir in the buttermilk until a sticky dough forms then drop by spoonfuls onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Mix together honey and melted butter, then brush half of it over the tops of the biscuits before baking for 10 to 12 minutes at 400F until golden.
Brush the remaining honey butter over the tops of the baked biscuits before serving hot.
