KOREAN CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES SHEET PAN MEAL

INGREDIENTS Chicken breasts Broccoli Carrots Brussels sprouts Dark soy sauce Brown sugar Sesame oil Vegetable oil Sriracha Garlic Lemon juice

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sugar, oils, sriracha, garlic, and lemon juice.

Place the chicken and vegetables on a baking sheet then cover with sauce.  Toss to coat.  Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until cooked through.
