Start your day right with a healthy and protein-packed breakfast!   Loaded burritos include sausage, ham, potatoes, peppers, onion, eggs, and cheese!

INGREDIENTS

Flour tortillas, sausage, ham, eggs, bell peppers, onion, potatoes, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.  

FREEZER BREAKFAST BURRITO

8 burritos

Time

30  minutes

freeze for up to  3 months reheat in the microwave in 2 minutes

In a skillet, cook the potatoes, bell peppers, and onions until tender for 7 to 8 minutes.  Season lightly and set aside. 

Cook the Veggies

Use the same skillet to cook the sausage, ham, and eggs - separately.  Then prepare your assembly line for the burritos. 

Cook the Proteins

Add a spoon each of the eggs, sausage, ham, vegetables, and then top with cheese before folding. 

Fill the Burritos

Fold the sides over then carefully roll away from yourself tucking the fillings inside as you go.  Lay seam side down to heat or store. 

Roll the Burritos

Make in large batches to freeze for an easy meal any day of the week!  Just let them cool then wrap in plastic wrap.
