MOZZARELLA & THYME PULL-APART BREAD
PREP TIME 25 Minutes COOK TIME 20 minutes
Water Yeast Salt Sugar Flour Powdered milk
Thyme Oregano Mozzarella cheese Olive oil Butter Seasme seeds
In a bowl, add warm water, yeast, sugar, powdered milk, and 2 cups flour. Mix and let stand 10 minutes.
Add the thyme, salt, olive oil, and remaining 4 cups of flour then mix together to form a dough. Knead for 10 minutes.
Roll the dough into a thin rectangle and brush with butter then top with oregano, mozzarella, and olive oil.
Roll into a long log shape then cut in 1" rounds. Place into a prepared baking dish and top with eggwash and sesame seeds.
Bake uncovered for 10 minutes, then cover and finish baking for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve hot with your favorite meal!
