If not using a prepared crust, mix together graham crackers, sugar, and butter and press into an even layer in a springform pan and then freeze for 15 minutes.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until softened, then add in remaining pie filling ingredients and beat until smooth and no lumps remain.
Pour filling into prepared crust and refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
Add whipped cream and sliced lemons or limes before serving.
