Crush cookies and combine with butter and sugar then press into a baking dish and place in the freezer.
Beat heavy cream to stiff peaks and set aside.

Add powdered sugar to cream cheese and beat until smooth.
Fold whipped cream into ccheesecake mixture.
Spread cheesecake onto cookie crust, cover, and then refrigerate for 4 hours to chill. Top with strawberries before serving.
