This roasted vegetable is one everyone will love with the salty smoky bacon in every bite!
INGREDIENTS Brussels sprouts Olive oil Salt Black pepper Bacon
PREP TIME: 15 minutes COOK TIME: 30-45 minutes
Start by cooking the bacon. Leave in whole pieces or chop and cook until mostly crisp, then set aside.
Wash, slice, and pat dry your Brussels sprouts, then toss them with salt, black pepper, and olive oil until nicely coated.
Spread the Brussels Sprouts evenly over the baking sheet then top with the bacon pieces. Roast for 30 minutes, or until the sprouts are softened and browning.
These are a great side for any meal and so easy to make that you'll keep them on your menu on a regular basis!
