PANZANELLA BREAD SALAD

The perfect way to use fresh cucumber, tomato, and a bit of leftover bread for a starter or lunch! 

PREP TIME: 10 minutes COOK TIME: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS Stale bread Cucumber Tomato Basil Olive oil Salt Black pepper Mozzarella

STEP 1: Cut bread into cubes then toss in olive oil and toast in a skillet until golden brown and crisp.

STEP 2: Combine diced vegetables with herbs, olive oil, cheese and bread.

Serve Panzanella alongside any favorite protein or as a starter to an Italian meal.  A tasty herbed bread and vegetable salad that is bright and refreshing!
