Layers of delicious creamy yogurt, fresh fruit, and granola make the ideal snack or breakfast!
INGREDIENTS NEEDED: 1 cup vanilla yogurt 1 tbsp honey 1/2 cup blueberries 1 cup strawberries 1/2 cup granola
To make a parfait, start by washing and patting the fruit dry. Then remove stems and seeds as needed, and cut into small bite-sized pieces.
Next, if using plain yogurt or needing extra sweetness, stir the honey into the yogurt. This is vanilla yogurt, but you may want extra sweetness.
Now, assemble the parfait with fruit, yogurt, and granola in layers. You can usually do 2 layers of each, or can divide this into multiple portions of smaller layers.
