Pancake Mix Waffle Mix Butter Eggs Sugar Cinnamon Milk
Prepare waffle mix according to package directions then follow the waffle iron directions to make 4 large waffles. Once cooked, set them aside.
Next, prepare the pancake mix and heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Spray well then pour 1/4 cup pancake mix into the hot pan.
Place a waffle on top of the wet pancake batter, and once it begins to bubble and pop, flip to finish cooking for a total of 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Once all 4 waffle/pancakes have cooked, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, and cinnamon. Dip each waffle into the egg mixture and fry for 2 to 3 minutes per side until done.
Once cooked through, serve with your favorite waffle or French toast toppings!
