INGREDIENTS Cake flour Sugar Salt Baking powder Butter Eggs Pink lemonade concentrate Milk Lemon juice & zest Heavy cream Lemon extract

In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.  Add in the butter and beat until it forms crumbles.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, pink lemonade concentrate, milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix to combine.

Turn the mixer to slow speed and add the egg mixture to the flour mixture in 3-4 batches until completely incorporated.

Bake as directed.  Once cooled, prepare homemade whipped cream to spread over the top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
