INGREDIENTS

Portobello mushroom, chicken breasts, tomato, mozzarella cheese, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, black pepper, garlic cloves, and olive oil!

aDD LETTUCE, TOMATO, ONIONS, CHEESE, PICKLES, AND SAUCES TO TASTE!

Heat oil and garlic in grill pan over medium heat. 

Grill the mushrooms:

Add the mushrooms then season them with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. 

Cook the mushrooms for 1 to 2 minutes per side until golden. 

Grill the mushrooms:

Once softened and golden, remove from the pan and set aside. 

Add the chicken to the same pan and lightly season with salt and pepper. 

Cook the chicken: 

Grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side until browned and an internal temperature of 165F.

Place a mushroom cap top side down then top with the chicken and cheese. 

Assemble the sandwich:

Add sliced tomato any sauces you want, then top with a second mushroom cap. 

This burger is perfect with just the chicken, tomato, and cheese, but can be topped with any favorite burger or sandwich sauce or topping!

Top as desired:
