Canned biscuits combine with sausage, egg, and cheese for a tasty on-the-go breakfast!
INGREDIENTS 8 canned biscuits 1/2 lb breakfast sausage 4 eggs 1 tbsp butter 1/4 cup shredded cheese Salt Black pepper Parsley
In a small skillet, over medium heat, cook the sausage for 4 to 5 minutes, until no longer pink and cooked through. Drain and set it aside.
Whisk together the eggs with salt and black pepper, then pour into the same skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring, until the eggs are scrambled.
Flatten the biscuits then add a bit of sausage, egg, and cheese to each one. Wrap the outside of the biscuit around forming a ball and pinch to seal.
Top the biscuits with a bit of extra cheese, parsley, and then bake until golden brown and cooked through, approximately 25 minutes. Serve hot!
