Slow Cooker Chicken & Dumplings

INGREDIENTS 1.5 lb chicken breasts 1/2 onion 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp Italian seasoning 2 cans chicken broth 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 bag frozen veggies

Season the chicken breasts, then place them into the slow cooker with the chopped onion, chicken broth, and cream of chicken soup.  Cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

Shred the chicken and stir together with the soup mixture. 

Add in the frozen vegetables then top with quartered biscuits.  Cook an additional 1 1/2 to 2 hours. 

Stir and serve while hot!
