INGREDIENTS: Boneless skinless chicken breasts Bell peppers Onion Garlic Taco seasoning Chicken broth Tortillas Cheese Salsa Sour cream Guacamole
Slice the peppers and onions then place them in the bottom of the slow cooker. Place the chicken over the vegetables. Sprinkle with taco seasoning, chicken broth, and garlic.
Cook the fajitas for 3 hours on low then check to see that the meat is cooked through. Shred or pull apart the chicken and mix with the vegetables. Drain off any excess juice.
Serve the chicken and vegetables in tortillas or over chips with your favorite fajita toppings such as sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese, salsa, or queso dips.
