INGREDIENTS

4 lb chuck roast 1 pkt dry ranch seasoning 1 pkt brown gravy or au jus mix 6 pepperoncinis and 1/2 cup juice 6 tbsp butter 2 tbsp vegetable oil

STEP 1

Heat oil in large skillet and sear the meat for 5 minutes per side then transfer into waiting slow cooker.

STEP 2

To the slow cooker add the ranch mix, gravy mix, butter, pepperoncini, and pepperoncini juice. Cover and cook for 8 hours on low.

STEP 3

Shred meat with forks and serve with your favorite sides.  Mashed potatoes, rice, noodles, or cauliflower rice.
