Chicken thighs Garlic Honey Soy sauce Ketchup Oil Cornstarch Sesame seeds
Cut the chicken into 1" pieces then combine with the honey, soy sauce, garlic, ketchup, and oil. Toss and then pour into the slow cooker. Set to low and cook for 3 1/2 hours.
Remove the chicken from the slow cooker leaving the sauce in the bottom. Whisk cornstarch and water then add to the slow cooker and continue cooking for 15 to 30 minutes to thicken.
Add the chicken back to the sauce and combine to coat well then sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Serve over rice and with a side of your favorite vegetables.
