INGREDIENTS Puff pastry Cream cheese Sour cream Egg Cornstarch Butter Cinnamon Brown sugar
Place one sheet of puff pastry into a baking dish and use a fork to poke holes all over. Bake for 15 minutes at 400F.
In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, egg, and cornstarch. Pour over baked puff pastry then top with the second pastry sheet.
Brush the melted butter over the top pastry sheet, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 25 minutes until set. Let cool before slicing to serve.
