This is the perfect combination of chicken, cheese, rice, and a flavor packed sauce for a weeknight meal!
PREP TIME: 10 minutes COOK TIME: 1 hour
INGREDIENTS Chicken Rice Salt Pepper Paprika Garlic powder Heavy cream Cheddar Mozzarella Cream of chicken soup
STEP 1: Slice, season, and bake chicken breasts until cooked through.
STEP 2: While chicken is cooking, prepare the rice per package directions.
STEP 3: Dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 4: Then combine in a large bowl with the cooked rice. Stir to combine.
STEP 5: Add in the shredded cheeses, heavy cream, and cream of chicken soup.
STEP 6: Then stir everything together until well combined.
STEP 7: Spread the mixture into a prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
STEP 8: Then cover the top with remaining cheese and bake for 15 minutes until heated through.
Let the casserole stand for a few minutes before serving. Top with an additional sprinkle of black pepper and fresh herbs if desired!
