STEP 1

Combine strawberries and sugar and cook over medium heat until softened.  Add in corn starch and lemon juice to thicken.

STEP 2

Cut out circles of pie dough making sure you have an even number.

STEP 3

Top half of the rounds with cream cheese and strawberry jam. 

STEP 4

Add the top dough circle and crimp the edges to seal then  brush with egg wash and bake for 20 minutes at 350F.
