Combine milk, yeast, and sugar and set aside to proof.
Combine flour, butter, salt, and egg yolks and beat to combine.
Add the yeast and knead for 15 minutes on medium high. Roll out onto floured surface.
Cover dough to proof for 1 hour.
Once risen, divide into 12 balls and make a well in the center of each ball using a measuring cup.
Fill each well with cream cheese mixture, preserves, and top with crumble. Bake for 18 minutes.
