Cut the crusts from the bread and roll them flat making them large enough to roll.
Spread marscapone onto one side of the bread, then add a few sliced berries on one end of the marscapone.
Roll the bread around the berries and then dip into egg and milk mixture before placing onto hot griddle.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until crisp on all sides, then serve topped with powdered sugar, strawberries, and syrup.
