You'll love this fast and easy shrimp dish with sweet pineapple and a simple sauce!

INGREDIENTS

Butter, honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, shrimp, pineapple, salt, black pepper, and fresh chopped parsley

In a skillet make the sauce then divide it into 2 servings. 

now, make the skewers alternating shrimp and pineapple - 4 to 5 shrimp per skewer.

Use 1/2 of the sauce to brush over the shrimp before you begin cooking.  Save the other half when the shrimp is cooked.

Now, melt butter in a skillet and place the skewers in a single layer.

Cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, just until the shrimp is turned pink and curled in on itself. 

Serve this shrimp with rice and vegetables and drizzle additional sauce over the top as desired.

Drizzle with sauce!
