CHICKEN PARMESAN WITH HOMEMADE SAUCE
INGREDIENTS Onion Garlic Italian herbs Paprika Brown sugar Tomatoes Chicken breasts Eggs Flour Breadcrumbs
Saute the onions and garlic until tender.
Add the sugar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika. Then stir in the tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes, then puree and set aside.
Dredge the chicken into flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Fry for 3 minuets per side until just golden.
Pour half the sauce into a baking dish. Top with chicken. Cover the chicken with sauce, add cheese, and basil. Bake until cooked through.
