In a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and flour until combined.
To the bowl, add eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla, and water. Mix on low speed until just combined. Gently stir in the chocolate chips and half the nuts until incorporated.
Pour batter into prepared pan and top with remaining nuts then bake as directed.
Cool complete before slicing for best result. Serve alone or with whipped cream!
