This classic side dish is a perfect example of comfort food! Warm, cheesy, and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS Cubed hashbrowns Sour cream Cream of chicken soup Butter Salt Black pepper Cheddar cheese Cornflakes

PREP TIME: 10 minutes COOK TIME: 50 minutes

In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, chicken soup, cheese, butter, salt, and pepper.  Then add in the potatoes and stir to combine.

Preheat the oven and spray a baking dish with non-stick spray.  Then, spread the potato and cheese mixture into a prepared baking dish.

Pulse cornflakes in a food processor until crumbs are formed then mix with melted butter and spread over the top of the casserole.  Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.

Add additional cheese on top if desired.  Serve this funeral potato dish hot as a side to any of your favorite meals and entrees.
