Crispy on the outside, light and airy on the inside, this classic cinnamon sugar snack is a perfect addition to your menu!

prep: 10 minutes cook: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:  Water, butter, flour, sugar, salt, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and oil for frying

Melt butter, sugar, and water into a pan until boiling.

Then whisk in the flour and stir until a dough has formed. 

Add the vanilla and eggs and beat until a thick batter forms.  Then pour into a piping bag with star tip.

Cook in hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes until crisp then dredge in cinnamon sugar.

Serve your churros with chocolate or caramel dipping sauce or topped with extra cinnamon sugar! A simple and delicious snack.
