LEMON DROP DESSERT BARS

Make a simple dessert bar in no time with this tasty and semi-homemade recipe!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:  Flour, unsalted butter,, sugar, Graham cracker crumbs, ready-made lemon curd, brown sugar, and powdered sugar.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper and preheat the oven.  Then, combine the butter, sugars, graam cracker crumbs, and flour into a crumble. 

Press this mixture into the lined baking dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and set.  Remove from the oven and set aside until curd is ready.

Heat the lemon curd as directed, then pour and spread over the baked crust.  Bake for an additional 25  minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool completely. 

Once the bars have cooled completely, sprinkle the tops with powdered sugar then cut into 2" squares before serving at room temperature.
