In a large bowl, beat together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar for 5 minutes. Then add in the eggs and vanilla.
To the wet mixture, add the flour, salt, baking soda, and cornstarch, and mix until a thick dough forms.
Fold in milk chocolate chips.
Using a large cookie scoop, scoop the dough into rounds, then roll in semi sweet chips to coat.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
