INGREDIENTS
COOK TIME 5 minutes
2-3 slices ham 1 piece lettuce 1 teaspoon ketchup
2 slices bread 2 eggs 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
Whisk eggs together then pour into a heated oiled non-stick pan.
Dip the bread slices into the egg coating both sides, then settle in the center of the pan.
Cook for 1-2 minutes until eggs are starting to brown. Then flip the bread and eggs over to cook the top side.
Once mostly set, add lettuce, ham, and ketchup then fold the sides of the egg over the top and the top over itself to create sandwich.
