The perfect layered pudding with vanilla, milk chocolate, hazelnut, and the crunch of Giotto on top!
A decadent layered pudding includes a simple vanilla pudding on top of Nutella with crunchy candy bits on top for texture.
INGREDIENTS INCLUDE: 4 oz white chocolate 1 cup evaporated milk 1 Giotto bar or 6 Ferraro Rocher truffles 4 tablespoons Nutella
Over a double boiler, melt the white chocolate stirring regularly so it doesn't burn.
Stir in the evaporated milk until combined, then cook while stirring constantly for another 1 to 2 minutes.
Scoop Nutella into the bottom of a dessert cup or serving dish.
Then top with the thickened vanilla pudding mixture.
Top with Giotto or Ferraror Rocher truffles then chill for 30 minutes before serving. Can top with additional Nutella or chopped hazelnuts.
