Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes
Preheat the oven, then in a large bowl, stir together sour cream, milk, vanilla, and eggs. Whisk until combined. Set aside. Combine all dry ingredients in separate bowl.
Combine the dry mixture with the wet mixture until just combined. Do not over mix. Then fold in the chocolate chips and chocolate chunks.
Bake at 425°F for 6 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350°F and cotninue cooking for 14 to 16 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
