INGREDIENTS Impossible burger Breadcrumbs Tomato sauce Garlic powder Onion powder Worcestershire sauce (vegan) Parsley Salt & Pepper
PREP TIME: 10 minutes COOK TIME: 30 minutes
Preheat the oven, then combine the vegan burger with seasonings and bread crumbs until nicely combined and mixed well.
Form the meatloaf mixture into a loaf and place onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 35 to 30 minutes until the meatloaf is browned and reaches 160°F internally.
Spread the top with additional ketchup, tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, or even a favorite vegan gravy. Serve with your favorite vegan side dishes!
