VEGAN LENTIL PATTIES
INGREDIENTS Red lentils Onions Thyme Paprika Italian seasoning Flour Breadcrumbs Parsley
Cover lentils with water and bring to a boil. Cook until softened - 15 to 25 minutes.
Saute onions and thyme until onions are translucent.
Puree or mash 2/3 of the cooked lentils.
In a large bowl, mix together the whole and processed lentils, breadcrumbs, flour, and herbs. Then scoop into patties.
Form into patties then fry for 2 to 3 minutes per side until heated through and nicely browned on all sides.
