Olive oil Butter Red onion Red bell pepper Green bell pepper Mushrooms
Eggs Salt Black pepper Oregano Heavy cream Cooked bacon Shredded cheese
In an oven safe skillet, melt butter and oil over medium heat. Add onion, bell peppers, and mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until softened.
In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and oregano then stir in the cooked bacon, cheese, and cooked vegetables.
Pour the mixture back into the skillet or a prepared baking pan and bake uncovered for 30 minutes until golden and the eggs have set in the center.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before slicing to serve!
