  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 mangoes
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Start off by dicing the mangoes.
  2. Slice the kiwis and then quarter them - this size helps to balance their balance in each bite!
  3. Add sugar and black pepper to the lemon juice and give it a quick whisk.
  4. Add this to the fruits.
