Crispy Baked Zucchini Chips Snack Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  2. Wash and dry a zucchini, then slice into thin rounds; Bowl of sliced zucchini rounds
  3. Place the zucchini on a lined baking sheet then pat dry; Zucchini slices on a baking sheet
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes; Whisking seasoning in stainless steel bowl
  5. Brush the tops of the zucchini with olive oil;
  6. Sprinkle the seasoning blend over the tops of the zucchini; Seasoned zucchini slices
  7. Place the zucchini into the oven and bake for 1 1/2 hours or until crispy and lightly browned; Zucchini chips baked on cookie sheet
  8. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. White bowl of zucchini chips
