Dutch Oven Cheesy Taco Spaghetti Recipe

You are going to fall in love with this Dutch oven cheesy taco spaghetti recipe! An easy to make kid-friendly one pot meal that everyone loves!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 16 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large Dutch oven, over medium heat, add the olive oil and ground beef.
  2. Cook the ground beef for 2-3 minutes until just beginning to brown, then mix in the taco seasoning and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
  3. To the pan, add the salsa and tomato paste and stir to combine.  Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.Adding salsa to meat
  4. If cooking the pasta in the pan, add in the 4 cups of water and the spaghetti and continue simmering over medium heat for another 15 minutes until the pasta is tender.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in the two cheeses stirring until combined and melted.
  6. Serve with additional traditional taco toppings like diced tomatoes, cilantro, sour cream, and similar.White bowl of taco spaghetti
