The Best Fudgy Keto Brownies Recipe

These fudgy keto brownies are a perfect recipe for a low-carb friendly dessert! They are easy to make and don't require a bunch of random ingredients. You'll love this simple treat!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup Truvia Sweet Complete
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8"x8" pan with non-stick cooking spray or coconut oil.
  2. Using a small microwave safe bowl, melt the coconut oil in 30-second increments, until just liquid, then set aside.
  3. Bring water to a boil.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk the cocoa powder and baking soda together. 
  5. To the cocoa, add half of the melted coconut oil and the boiling water then mix until blended. Mixing ingredients in glass bowl
  6. Add the remaining coconut oil, Truvia, and eggs and stir to combine.
  7. When combined, fold in the almond flour, vanilla, and salt until just combined.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, then bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.Brownie batter in bowl

Notes

Mix in chopped walnuts, pecans, or even sugar-free chocolate chips for added texture.
