The Best Way to Make Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 12 strawberries
  • 1/2 cup candy melts
  • 2 tbsp sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry fresh strawberries and line a baking sheet or clean surface with parchment paper.
  2. Place candy melts into a small microwave safe bowl using one bowl per color.
  3. Microwave the candy melts on high in 30-second until just melted. Stir well.
  4. Pour the white candy melts into a piping bag.
  5. Using a skewer through the top of the strawberry, dip each berry into the pink candy melts and then remove and place on parchment paper to dry. Strawberry on skewer
  6. For a swirled look, add a few swirls of white candy melt into the pink melts and lightly swirl with the skewer.
  7. When all berries are dipped and resting on the parchment paper, you may then decorate.
