Fresh Summer Berry Salsa

This fresh berry salad is sure to be family favorite!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quartered strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (whole)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (whole or halved)
  • 1/2 cup blackberries (whole or halved)
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro (coriander)
  • 1 jalapeno finely chopped
  • juice of one lime
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by cutting the strawberries into quarters, finely chopping the onions, jalapeños and cilantro.
  2. Toss all the berries together with onion and jalapeños.
  3. Pour lime juice on top and mix well
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste

Notes

You can exclude any of the types of berries and customize it according to your own taste.
