Ingredients
10 oz soba noodles
1/8 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon fish sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 cups broccoli florets
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
Instructions
Prepare soba noodles according to package directions, until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and fish sauce.
In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add in the broccoli, garlic, salt, and black pepper and saute, stirring regularly, for 3 to 4 minutes until broccoli is tender and starting to brown.
Toss in the cooked pasta and sauce. Stir to coat everything well and cook an additional 1 to 2 minutes to heat through.
