Ingredients

  • 10 oz soba noodles
  • 1/8 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare soba noodles according to package directions, until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and fish sauce.
  3. In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add in the broccoli, garlic, salt, and black pepper and saute, stirring regularly, for 3 to 4 minutes until broccoli is tender and starting to brown.
  4. Toss in the cooked pasta and sauce. Stir to coat everything well and cook an additional 1 to 2 minutes to heat through.
  5. Serve hot with sesame seeds on top!
