Ingredients

For Chicken Breast

  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup crushed cornflakes cereal
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

For Assembling Wraps

  • 2 (10") flour tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeno dip (or dressing of choice)
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices cooked bacon
  • 1/2 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced

  1. Pat dry a boneless skinless chicken breast then season both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. In three small bowls, put the beaten egg in one, flour in one, and crushed cereal in the third.
  3. Dredge the chicken breast in flour first.
  4. Then dip into beaten egg.
