Ingredients

  • 3-pound pork loin (1.4 kg)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • ½ tablespoon ground black pepper
  • ½ tablespoon garlic powder
  • ½ tablespoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. If desired, line the bottom of the roaster pan with aluminum foil for easier cleanup then set it aside.
  2. Rub the outside of the pork loin with olive oil so all sides are coated.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
