Fresh Fruit Ambrosia Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cup maraschino cherries
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the peeled and segmented mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, maraschino cherries, and mini marshmallows. Set this bowl aside. white bowl of pineapple orange and cherries
  2. In a separate large bowl, mix together the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, beating until stiff peaks have formed. heavy cream in bowl with vanilla being poured over the top
