What is the difference between a smoothie and a juice? Are they both healthy drinks?

Smoothies are a great way to get nutrition into your body without having to eat a big meal. They also provide a boost of energy throughout the day. Juice is usually made from fruit or vegetables. Both are good options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and even dessert.

A smoothie is a drink made from blended fruits and/or vegetables. The ingredients are mixed and then strained through a fine-mesh strainer. Juices are similar, but instead of blending, they are pressed through a juicer.
