Sumac Chili Flakes Parsley Green onions Oil for frying

Cook Potatoes

Wash the potatoes well then pierce the skin and microwave for 10-minutes to soften. Peel and place on a plate or in bowl to mash.

Season Potatoes

Mash the potatoes with spices, onions, and parsley until incorporated and set aside. 

Fill Dough

Prepare simple dough then roll into rounds and stuff with potato mixture sealing edges well before frying..
