INGREDIENTS

Beetroots Feta cheese Parsley Lemon juice Olive oil Garlic Black pepper Salt

STEP 1

Boil the beetroot until soft then room skin, and dice. Chop fresh parsley. 

STEP 2

Mix together the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, and salt to create vinaigrette.  Combine beets, feta, parsley, and vinaigrette and toss to coat.
