Olive oil Onion Garlic Broth Salt & Pepper Italian seasoning Cabbage Carrots Bell pepper Celery Diced tomatoes

STEP 1

In a Dutch oven, heat the olive oil, garlic, and onions until onions are translucent.   Add seasonings and broth.

STEP 2

To the pot, add the cabbage, celery, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and tomatoes stirring to combine.

STEP 3

Simmer until the vegetables are tender and flavor builds.
