The Best Ever Candied Carrots
Add carrots to saucepan and cover with water. Add thyme and bring to a boil. Cook for 20 minutes until tender.
Drain the carrots. In the same pan, melt the butter and add back the carrots along with brown sugar, salt, and black pepper.
Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring regularly, until sugar has dissolved and it begins to caramelize.Brown Sugar with parsley.
